Yes you can ... If you are working Post 11 PM as per client requirement then you can ask your manager regarding NSA . It's around 400rs per day
No wokinh till 12 at night doesn’t qualify to get nsa as there are people who work in shift 6-4/5am they are eligible for full nsa
There are two types of NSA, Afternoon shift and Night Shift. If you work after 1:30 AM then you are eligible for the night shift but if you are working till 12:15 AM then you are still eligible for Afternoon shift allowance. It is less than Night Shift and the amount depends on the JL.
Hi, not sure if you are working daily or just one time. For a regular shift time till 11:00 PM + few mins you would be eligible as per your JL.
Manager has to add in NSA tool and raise request in next month .
If you’re logging out post 11 pm you’re eligible for NSA. Amount depends on JL and for fill NSA you need to work at least 3.5 hrs post 11 pm
You have to work atleast for 4 hours after 10pm to be eligible for shift allowance and yes your manager should add you in the NSA for you to get the allowance
No, working till 12:15 am does not qualify for a full night shift allowance. Full night shift allowance typically requires working through the entire night shift. Check with HR for exact details.
