If the exit reason is accepted and mentioned as self resignation, good to go. But not sure what these evil minded will do for each ones, they may quote something different so as to make us believe that fault is ours, they never gonna train ideal method in PIP, it's just to chuck off nowadays practically. For this too respected external authorities should see what's actually happening on the ground, instead of believing evil mindsets.

If someone wants to leave tcs in this PIP period and he puts paper.
Pre condition -Now e is working in a project and billable resources.
Will he get the service letter ?
Will he release immediately?
