TCS leave policy
What is the leave policy in TCS? How many leaves do employees get in a year? And how many leaves can they encash at the end of the year? Do TCS employees get Indian holidays, or does it depend on the project they are working on?
If your leaves already been approved before your resignation you can avail them but do not let them know about your resignation as there's chance of discussion b/w you and your supervisor as you're planning leaves and putting resignation at the same time.
So enjoy your leaves if already been approved. After coming back from your leaves you can send your resignation email to your supervisor.
You can't avail leaves after sending resignation email since your notice period starts from there during notice period we can't get leaves approved.

I am a C3B Associate working on a Europe-based account since 2021. I am planning to transition out of the project by the end of January and then take two months of leave for personal reasons, as I have sufficient leave credits available.
Does TCS management typically permit a C3B Associate to take a continuous two-month leave? I’d appreciate any insights. Thank you!

Anyone here from TCS who can confirm leave policies ,appraisal cycle and other remuneration offered .In Infosys we have worst leave policy like only fix 20 earned leave no other sick leave , casual leave , nothing
I heard TCS gives 30 days of leave per year (including sick + casual). Can someone confirm? Also, do unused leaves carry forward?
