If we have customer approval then we can do wfh?

We have customer approval for wfh but how to handle with tcs HR since we are having dedicated odc but our team from different locations due to no odc they are doing wfh with exception.please suggest any tips to handle hr to get WFO exception.

You can negotiate with HRs.recentaly one of my friend with same situation negotiate and HR approved for atleast 2 days WFO in a month

Bro 2 days is a joke. By default u can do WFH doe 3 days ( 85% against 22 working days)

Okay, it all depends on your project and your supervisors. I don't think that they would give you permanent WFH given that you have an ODC. But what you can do is create the short term WFH request and get it approved by the Supervisor. It does not require HR approval but it can only be taken for 5 days at maximum. Though don't think there is a theoretical limit to the number of times you can apply the same. I knew few that applies that on a regular basis and the supervisor approves it. So ultimately it depends on your supervisor and your project.

My HR is saying that either report to office or apply leave in the system?
As per policy TCS will not provide quartly performance pay if you do not report to the office but applying leave, how HR can force employees to make this?

They have valid reasons so you can't stop those people who are doing wfh due to non odc in their base location.
