If You want to go to companies like TCS? Then it might be new but definitely not happy and enjoying. Been there 4 years and everyday was hell, toxic people long working hours everything. Never saw hike more than 2%, this year they are not giving any.

Trust me , Accenture is wayyyyy better than some of other service based.

Nothing as such, apart from Gratuity, which I think has been reduced to 3 yrs now instead of 5 yrs of service.
