Trending @Wipro; If we are promoted from B3 (16 LPA) to C1 with a 10% salary hike, will the take-home pay be lower compared to the current B3 salary?

I believe that a 10% hike on a 16 LPA package feels quite low for C1, even though the overall CTC increases to 17.6 (16+1.6). My concern lies in the fact that the total deductions and the variable pay percentage for C1 are higher compared to B3
