If there's a grapevine data leak, how will grapevine protect us from getting sued for violating confidentiality?

I don't think there's anything they can do, other than maybe encrypt user data which is a v heavy lift

Best one can hope is that they have cyber insurance

Don't say things in private that you wouldn't in public.
