If the Job Market Is Bad, How Do Some Have Multiple Offers?

Actually the job market is bad, yet I see many people holding 3 to 4 offer letters. How is that possible?

I'm an immediate joiner and I've not found one in the last 6 months! When I say I'm an immediate joiner, HR ask the reason and then ghost me

Market is always bad until you get a job ;)

Market is always good for a good candidate. And anyone can be a good candidate.

I secured 5 job offers out of which one was from my dream company. But took me 4 months. Point isnt me bragging, but if i can secure multiple offers anyone can!!!!!

So my friend its a matter of time you find a job, if you are looking for one.

The job market experience also depends upon the skill level of an individual. In terms of skills, entire workforce is a bell curve.

For the highly skilled, i.e. extreme right of the bell curve, the market is never too bad. They will always find jobs comparatively easily. Like the saying goes, there is always room at the top.

For people in the middle, the job market gets a little better or worse, depending on the economic conditions.

For people on the left of the curve, i.e. low skilled people, the market is always bad, and they always struggle to find jobs.

Job market isn't bad the quality of skilled people is less very less actually. Good people who are skilled are still getting hired quickly, presentation communication skills matter now more than ever. With the age of AI lot of things have changed. You should have AI knowledge now.

Even I had 7 offers and multiple in pipeline before I got the offer I wanted. From naukri I was getting daily 10-20 calls daily. Job market is bad if u are not visible to recruiter so optimistic you naukri, LinkedIn and resume well
