If TCS finds a fake court case against a employee do they take action before court gives judgement? I gave 20 lakh to a friend 3 years back
My friend didn't paid me back any money since more than 2 years and he blocked my number so to take out my frustration I used to send him abusive messages on his whatsapp today he said he filed a case against me and even bank recovery agents abuse those people who take loan and fail to pay back so I have not done anything wrong here I suffered so much mental torture and trauma due to this guy who take away my entire life savings I feel I have full right to abuse him in fact I have seen so many people abusing each other on road fights related to accidents or even normal discussion going abusive many times and that too on recorded on Video
Don't worry , nothing will happen
Until court finds you guilty you are safe anywhere in India
First of all stop calling him a friend...they are cheaters, and no action can be taken unless proven in court and Employment will not get affected unless your action causes major reputation harm to tcs. Court cases etc are the things which are taken into consideration before joining ,after joining if these cases are coming then it will not cause you any issue
