Self stay back option is ojly available until your RM doesn't approve. Once RM approves you resignation ij iOffboqrd the button gets disabled. You can still reachout to HR for revoking it but that will happen only if they really need you

Dont be too sure about it. Now things have changed. Earlier the "I want to stay back" button was enabled till LWD, however nowadays you will get a call from HR partner within 7 days and post discussion they will freeze that button, leaving you with no choice but to go back to HR first for resignation withdrawal. You need their approval for withdrawal.
