You are blocked because they don't want you to go to the central pool bench also they don't want your unit to change because sooner or later you will get the project. And I was on the bench for 6 months 🙂 Check your ALCON and if it's bench it's fine like for 2 months after that ask your Unit manager to provide you a Training code
