Trending @Accenture; If someone is at MAL for more than 4years for this cycle, will it impact if they do not get promoted this year ?

Based on my experience, you have to get promoted or put in PIP, if you are at a level for more than a certain years. HR reaches out to the lead, to investigate the resource and either one of these should happen.

I'm not sure for which levels this is applicable but this happened for one of my colleagues and they had to promote her to SSE.

This is correct and applicable now from cl12 onwards

MAL doesn’t matter. There’s a manager who is in the same level from past 7+ years

Nothing will happen. But good to move out if there is no growth

If you are good performer...they bound to promote u...if they dnt then you are not in scheme of things...and it's better to move out
