There’s lot of unfair reasons pop up when discussing ratings, project team blames account team, account team blames practice team & practice team is like Mr. India(Bollywood)

All these blame game, no clarity, no proper tracking, what these HR team is doing. Why don't they set clear objectives or rules, why we are searching solutions or clarification here in grapevine.
I am really frustrated, I received disobedience email and HR team has arranged a meeting with disciplinary committee, but I never received any warnings before. Rather I have initiated location transfer request, which itself took 5 months to get approved.

BTO is everything after Covid. No hike, no promotion, default rating irrespective of your exceptional work performance.
