Trending @Infosys; If someone fails to clear PIP than will it reflect in Experience letter or in any other documents after we leave the company?
For NI it will reflect will say terminated due to performance issues, for bench i don't think so
Please don't give any such advice if you have any kind of proof to back your statement. There won't be any mention like this.
Bro my friend who is a senior was send to pip. He was called in hr room and was given 2 option either leave company now and take 4 months salary or choose pip if failed no compensation and termination letter will have performance issues wriitten . Hr showed him the letter head and gave him 10 mins to think. He resigned

Why they are putting you on PIP? If it is rating related then please initiate grievance in HEAR portal. Because we should not be a victim of their internal politics.
Pip is applicable for manager and ceo also
