Trending @Accenture; If someone asks for Transfer from base. Before 2 years. Can they be put in PIP?
Assume if someone ask DU leads for transfer OIT before 2 years. Can they put that person on PIP? have anyone seen this pattern before?

That means they are just updating you that currently this discussion is going on related to performance part . It has nothing to do with day, keeping you in PIP, and by the way if someone who is going on, PIP might be already receive some notification from the respective supervisor unofficial basis.
