Promotions from C3A to C3B usually open around August or October. However, there's no official announcement yet. Keep an eye on internal communications for updates.

Don’t take C3B promotion as there is not much increase in your basic salary. Mostly there will be increase in variable pay and you will not get more than 50% for C3B. Also there will be increased burden
