If ppo gives more pressure and intrudes

My ppo gives more pressure on work , intrudes in each and evry activity. Even leaves are given on his sole permission. Tired with his more involvement on everything. What to do. ? My company is contractor to his company. He holds everything. I don't know how to resolve.
