He will be getting repots anyway in how many days your wfo. And org mandate is 10 days. So irresistible of hours you see if you are not coming 10 days you are in non compliance
So does he get report every month over mail or does he needs to check individually for each reportee.

Unless manager takes action nothing gonna happen or for your project or unit/ team there is business requirements of WFO if there are no objection you can do wfh as wfo i found messy meeting people its like college we don't know but still meeting 🤣 and in Infosys most of project teams are across india like my team is in Pune and south India all am alone in chd dc 🤣 so what point to go office if you gonna sit alone like wfh
