Trending @HCL; If one has got selected for H1B and travelling to the USA, what salary can one expect for an E2.2 band?

I know you'll eventually get the ESS letter, but it's still a long way and I would like to know what salary can be expected for E2.2/E3.1 band?

If your skills are very much in demand you may ask for 95K too.
