Then when that energy reached enough temperature then nuclear fission happened and based on Einstein’s equation the energy is equivalent to mass so lots of mass and matter was formed and the energy is still accelerating but over a very long period of time slowly universe will become very cold as the stars will die and universe will end a cold death

Life is basically energy conversion from one form to other. So for baby the atoms are formed from the nutrition of mother and later on the baby starts taking food. In plants the process is called photosynthesis where plants converts energy from sun into chemical energy. So if you see the amount of total energy is conserved and it will only be converted from one form to other. Now consider a scenario where sun is constantly losing some part of its mass daily due to nuclear fusion and comverting same mass to energy as per Einstein equation. Provided we have very high amount of energy and right conditions, we can create any matter out of thin air. You can check.
