Trending @Accenture; If not working in notice period due to health reasons what issues can employee face
I am currently serving notice period and don’t have any hard dependency on me and KT to new joiner everything is done and my health is worsened due to eye problems and not able to work now effectively, but they are not ready to release me early from notice and if I stop working what they actions they can take on me ?

None, just do the bare minimum if you are assigned a project, and anyways you'll be in pip as Accenture leads have a habit of putting people on pip if they are leaving.
Nothing will happen if you show up to a meeting or two and do thr bare minimum

I am also going through a mental health problem and thinking of resignation without offer. So will this be okay.. because I need to work on my health and thn I can focus on work.

Ofcourse come on this is not even a question to think about, health above everything. Give yourself a month to recoup, recharge yourself and you'll get a job when you'll be available immediately.
Best of luck

You're anyway leaving, right? Then why do you even care? Health problems or not, if you don't feel like working, then don't. Just relax and do whatever you want. Don't join calls, delay assignments, give excuses for everything. Just enjoy your 3 months and look for other offers if you wish. Accenture will pay you free salary even if you dont move a needle for the next three months (unless they put you in PIP and release early but still that's in your favour only). I have 9 days left with Accenture and I have suggested you the exact same things which I have done in the last 3 months and life has been chill :)
