We may go to PIP and no promotion if the exception was not approved

As of now it's not variable pay, no promotion and if person is not WFO then no appraisal. Even after multiple mails from HR, if you still don't visit then they can stop the salary as well and finally if you are pain in ass for them then they will force you to resign
