If my spouse get h1b visa i also want to go without leaving my job

If you and your spouse are both in TCS, then it's not possible as far as I know.

If you go to the US consulate and independently file a B1/B2 tourist visa, they'll send you back and ask you to file a H4 dependent visa when they find out that your spouse has a H1 visa.

TCS won't allow you to file a H4 visa while employed, as H4 allows you to get a EAD after landing in USA and you can theoretically be dual employed. So they'll ask you to resign and only after that shall provide paperwork for H4.

Even if both of you are in different companies it will be difficult if not impossible, due to the above reasons.
