No, only if your shift is ending after 11:30p

Shift allowance for following shifts: 6AMIST-3AMIST, 2PMIST-11PMIST, 10PMIST-6AMIST. This is what I heard.

I worked almost 9 am to 9 pm sometimes more then also never got shift allowance....it's very weird rule they have

I don't when will meeting completed sometimes 12 am doesn't mean you will get night shift allowance
