If my aim is to build my business instead of working in tcs
Hi friends,
I am feeling as part of tcs, my main is to built my business doing part time in tcs.
My thinking is that I need some initial funds/regular funds for my business so its better to run both respectfully.
Because as a part of appraisal and all tcs is just to fulfilled my roti need, other expense of my life is balanced with my business.
My question is to you is that shall I keep the same and work on my business or shall I change the job to increase my salary
Beacuse my nature is I can't come in someone's under doing a business has keep me motivated
Ideally, having a side business along with your job is a great position to be in... This ensures multiple sources of income
Now, what's your business and how much you can manage both together and still get both of them running well is a big challenge. It depends on your work life balance at TCS job vs amount of time and effort needed for your business...
