What is the policy of the notice period, can we buy back or reduce it?

Will Hcl compete to retain me, If I have a counter offer and am crucial to the team. Though a fresher I replaced a senior in my team and only I had the KT regarding the work. If I leave now whole team will shatter😅

Yes it is 90days if u discuss with your manager and make it down give him some reasonable reason to consider that. Gud luck bro
