No...once you get hike e letter then you will..until then No.

Every eligible associate will receive e letter, it doesn't matter whether associate has resigned or not. Till the letter releases in e letter app, if associate is in company and eligible then they will receive it.

No. If you have resigned then you won't even be receiving hike letter. Otherwise they would have release hike letter yesterday only.

Sir, If you are getting a good hike please proceed to submit the resignation (As the company that is offering a job wants you to join as soon as possible). Either way cognizant is not going to give you a hike above 5%.
