If i resign this Monday from Deloitte USI Hyderabad. Will I get my bonus in May? I have a offer in my hand and would like to switch.

Or do you suggest me to wait till April and then resign? Please drop your suggestions.

It's advisable that you wait till April. The policy says that you should be on active payroll on 31st May 2025 when the bonus gets disbursed.

If you resign on Monday and they relieve you prior to May 31, 2025, you won't be eligible for the bonus.

So should I resign in April 1st week?

Ideally yes but note that this is risky too if they relive you early.
I don't want to spread fear but this is reality. Deloitte has been giving early releases.

Please weigh in your new salary and see if you really need the bonus.

Resign when you have a good offer, Bonus etc is just a trap

Correct, but I want to make sure that I atleast get some bonus for the work that I have delivered for past 9 months.
