Trending @Infosys; If I resign should I need to serve notice period
Hi Im senior consultant in infosys. I'm planning to resign without any offer letter in hand. Since infosys is financially bleeding right now will they relive me immediately or should I need to serve notice period. I want serve notice period of 3 months before getting relived. Currently I'm working for client but not on beanch. I'm planning to resign on 1st march. Can someone let me know about it.

Let me say something..tell me first thing who is not bleeding financially around the globe in such situations.. secondly they will release or not totally depends on the project requirements and your role you are serving... thirdly, if you don't have offer in hand and you resign sooner you will also start bleeding if you couldn't make any placement of yourself in any company....rest is your choice
Any logic behind such suggestions?
