Trending @Accenture; If I raise RTO exception, who will approve it? Only Lead will approve it?

Can we raise one or two week for exception just to spent some time with family.

Yeah for 1 week it will trigger only to ur PL . More than a week something like 2-3 weeks then It will be 2 levels of Approvals. Your PL and WD Mgr. More than 3 weeks it will be HR as well

If it’s just for one week, you can explain the concern to your PL, he/she will approve. I guess, if the exception is required for a month then hr approval is required.
