  3. Basic Design of 1st Market Fit Product
  4. Coding the Frontend and Backend for it after writing all functional requirements
  5. Beta Testing in your friends and family circle
  6. Keeping it invite based to make sure it doesn’t go crazy Repeating 3-6 for more features and taking customer feedback and designing your changes accordingly. For Development sell idea to onboard people and commit some equity for now. Make them work part time. Go ask people for help on Linkedin DMs as an advisor or developer.
