Trending @Accenture; if I get put on PIP would I get to serve notice period after pip & can I resign while serving PIP? Also, would I be paid for my NP?

If you're in pip you can't resign and 4 weeks they will be monitoring you by giving some assignments .you need to pass all those activities which are given by your manager, if you fail to clear any assessment after 4 weeks you will be directly terminated on the next day .

What is the reason for getting PIP?
