They are having a clear cut idea that those who are not following WFO RTO, they would not be entertained with any benifits such as hikes, promotions. Also,

  1. They would constantly tease you or insulting if not adhering to WFO
  2. Would get regular mails from HRs on RTO.
  3. They would have you in priority to move to bench in case if any requirements on the project is getting delayed. They would release you immediately. (However people in bench should report to office on weekdays regularly for min 7-8 hrs at office without fail)

Well, I am saving 35000 every month, it won't bother me much, if they increase my salary based on hike and promotion, it may happen that i will getting 50000 or more month but i could not save more than 25000 . Now that I'm putting atleast 15000 in SIP per month. I am saving more than who are earning more than me. Hahahhaah

And I'm living in really remote village of Bihar. For saving at least 35000 if working from office I must have atleast 60000 per month as my salary. Now take a look at this screen shot. If i do SIP for 40yrs , just with 15k a month I will have 14 crore rupees. My only expenses is food and electricity bill, wifi bill, and few clothing that too way less. I'm not even planning to get married. So let them not give me hike or promotion. I don't give a fuck. That manager who's not promoting me even he or she can't save this much I think.

Hahahhahahah

Don’t expect to get promoted by not completing RTO even if you have 3+ YOE. They are pushing employees to come to office more than actual project deliverable.

Maintain RTO atleast 4 Months before the quarter promotions start. Try to go to office atleast 3 days per week if you miss any week try to cover in subsequent weeks by going 5 days so that RTO Avg will not alter. Lets say if PA to A cycle starts from October for Q3 they will consider RTO Avg from June to September. If you are consistent with RTO( > 2.5), Go perform Goals Completion(Including year end development plan of 2024 of 100%), YER(2024) >= 3, Utilization > 0.75. Only then you will be promoted as this is completely done by HR not Sr Manager, Not EDL. Even if you slightly differ for others make sure to maintain RTO and Utilization(Utilization can be improved by taking less leaves which makes you more billable). From Q3 they might not consider YER of 2024. Hope that helps
