Trending @Capgemini; If I did 11 days office in May month(we are having 2 holidays as per UK calendar) will i get warning mail for not following bto policy?
@PurpleLeash35 I have heard if we received more than 2 consecutive warning mails they will assign us bto(back to office) plan and they will monitor our attendance for couple of months
It's 60% of working days in a month you have to visit the office and if there are any public holidays that will not be considered but if you apply leave that will be considered.
