If I continue 2 times to get a C band then what will impact on promotion or any other?

Please suggest to me, if I continue 2 times to get C band then what will impact on promotion or any others. while I get 4 rating in Anniversary appraisal, 3.84 first time appraisal and this time (3.83 + 4.1) 3.83 my old project and 4.1 in current project.
