If I (C3B) resign now, do they ask me to serve notice period?

Depends on your manager and project. I release my reportees early. Why screw with their lives for 15-20 days.

C3A here, currently allocated in a project and yes they have asked me to serve entire 90 days period . So probably would be the same for you.

I just onboarded the project. No dependency on me. Still depressed with the previous projects experience. Still you think they will keep me till 3 months?
