If getting an immediate offer !

Hi all,

I would like to know from someone's personal experience if I am getting an offer to join within 15 days and my project is ready to release me in 12 days, then how fast can the RMG release me with all the clearances ??

My manager told me that once they release me from project I will be out of TCS and no need for rmg approval, is it true?

RMG can release you in 1 day if on bench. I got released in 1 day after being 15 days in project bench

It's all in your negotiations. Mostly rmg and hr team is not cooperate. They made mandatory 3 months notice period policy, so that people are not able to join immediately and their opportunities outside get restricted. This way they control attrition.
