With experience I'm telling you all:

Not sure what will happen to this IT Industry after 10 years from now.

So try to invest in areas where you are interested like Real Estate, Mutual Funds etc based on your Interest and create a Passive Income from now onwards.

Investment now will grow like anything by the time you reach 40..

FYI: I got a Hit by one of the IT Company in the year 2005 and started my secondary source from then onwards.

Nees to earn from 25 to 40 invest in market and then buy real estate and earn by rent.. there is nonother way i feel. Upskilling is a option but upto age 40 i feel. I am a c3b age 38 and can feel the end of IT is coming.. nee people are asking for too much package causes margin to go down no money left to give seniors.. so end of an era for It folks..

I am retiring at 40

I tried few businesses as side hustle, business is tougher than doing desk jobs. Also sometimes you are managing all the employees , rents and other headaches and not even earning from business. You have to deal with different real life problems which we never learnt in IT , like negotiating with customers, customer complaints, legal treats , government bribes etc... that is too complex and i feel job is so easy for me. So i am c3b at 38years and i am planning to do job as long as possible.
