Now matter comes for management decision in a team if c1 cadres are not available then surely you would move into c1 cadre.

I am waiting for this since 2 years but not lolz

I don't know the measurement criteria. But as per my knowledge, min. 1 yr in project and min. 3 years completed in wipro. Then you are eligible for promotion. This is only my assumption.

Don't Go for a band only 10% u Vl get,it's very risky.
