You are expected to be in the cafeteria and spend 9hrs and thereby help the poor caterers earn few pennies by spending on food/drinks every couple of hours. That's the strategy implemented by tcs to help poor caterers in tcs cafeteria. You work or not or whether you have internet facilities in cafeteria or plug points in cafeteria does not matter, but you have to record your swipes.
