If anybody performs well in a project, that can help value addition to tcs, then will tcs pay any extra allowance to that employee?
No nothing will get in TCS. Apart from frustration depression nothing will get. I worked daily 12+ hours by compromising anything else and compromising RTO. Its better to spend hours doing nothing in office and still eligible for variable payout.This is current policy
Bhai feedback ke mamle mein achi appraisal ko chodkar ant mein bas gems aur feedback appreciation mail milega offshore mangement ya client ki taraf se tumhara exceptional performance ke liye aur isse zyada ham aur kuch ummed nahin karsakte tcs mein..
I don't think so,as you may get only an good feedback through ur appraisal,appreciation mail sometimes from client end or else through ur Offshore team via Gems portal and later after completion of 3 yrs you will receive 500 or 1000 gems depending on your project, Nothing much apart from these things that you are going to get in return for exceptional performances in TCS...

Unfortunately big NO. You will not even receive a message or mail to motivate you. You are just an asset for them, not a big deal for them. So, plz think twice before investing your extra efforts where not required.
You can ask for a promotion or good rating/hike in lieu of that. Only pre-sales people get commission/reward for any deal done.
