My manager told me that they have a meeting for this like how to encourage people to come to the office so he too doesn't want to come, he said he will find ways to avoid this, let's see what he does.

They'll in fact start monitoring. But not sure about the consequences if employees don't follow the mandate.

So the thing is, my team work in rotational shifts, Night, Morning and Afternoon... that too changes every week. Plus we dont have fixed weekoffs, for example this month i will get thursday, friday as weekoffs, and the next month i will get monday, tuesday.

Doubt 1 - will i be required to visit office in night shifts. Doubt 2 - its 1 time a week, so can i visit office on saturday or sunday, because for me its working.

We were just informed in the daily scrum call today that's it's gonna be tracked ... And definetely every week 1 day is mandatory not even 4 days a month straight but every week q day

That mail is only for ATCI. Not applicable for S&C , Operations, SONG.

Would they consider serious cases as exceptions? Or No?
