Trending @Accenture; If an employee has been rewarded with promotion and base pay hike in June, will s/he be eligible for stay-at-level hike in December?

Oops. Heartbroken💔 but thanks. I hope they would do sub level movement on time (standard is 1 year and fast track is 9 months) so it should be june 2025.But if they don't do it then it is worth thinking over.

Bro if we get Variable pay in May then is that possible we will get variable pay in the year end

Variable pay we get twice a year anyways

If u are ase then base pay -5.25
If u are AASE then 7.5

Base pay will depend on a number of factors and I have seen this is being followed in Accenture to the T. Your current base pay, your project's financial health, your skill set as compared to others in the project and market conditions are four main factors.
