If an associate is going on leave for medical grounds, will they be fired from TCS?

They are saying that the company is going to see hourly basis for laying off the associate. I have allocation till oct end. Post which leaves are applied till Feb. Post that LWP. All are on medical grounds. Any idea if they will terminate?

How much. Hour the associate is in office, based on that layoff is going to happen

Your project will release you. Once you return then it depends. Mostly if they have anything for you they will not terminate you.

Also depends on what medical ground. Some ppl are just faking it so they are not believing easily.
