If all candidates applying for a job has the same skills mentioned in CVs. How does recruiter filter the them for interview. Do they filter for the below scenarios?

Filter in CS/IT degrees only no other branch

Filter in CVs applied Earlier

Filter in CVs with good CP profiles

Filter in CVs with Tier 1 colleges

Other ( Please mention in comment)
