If a Digital candidate in TCS get C band will that Associate be down graded to Ninja role?

Let me explain this one. If you are Digital from Wings 1 and receiving the component as Elevate Incentive then your incentive will be paused for the whole year. If you get A/B next year, you get back your incentives. If you are direct Digital recruit then no downgrade. If you get back to back C post Wings1 then permanent downgrade. Also, if you clear Innovator Cadre exam under Wings1 or get ITA promoted then you need not worry of this any more as your incentives will be merged to Personal Allowance.
