So recently oracl had layoff, They fired senior based on Project and CTC and 1 year old fresher

Prolly the freshers, Capgemini hired 126 folks from my college. Their joining is in June,2026

First they will stop/delay new on boardings. then they will estimate who is value for money and high dependency personnel, they will be safe. rest all should watch their backs.

It’s likely to affect the outsourced/contracted workers first!

It will affect the next batch if freshers, they may not have appetite to offer many .

Experienced employees aren’t affected, because they have significant know how. They can be affected because of other factors - eg skill abilities.

There is no fixed rule. Based on the project, location, govt policies then expenses, ip value.
