If a candidate is cheating in an Interview..
and are good at it, you should hire them
even you built your career with cheating, earlier with Google and stack overflow and now with AI
it's your job to ask them edge questions and see how they handle it

Currently there are so many ai platform which let you cheat
But while taking interviews if I find someone cheating I reject and blacklist them
Also, I have never cheated myself in an interview, just said I do not know. It might lead to rejection but at least have integrity

cheating is a skill, and it's interviewers job to judge the candidate considering the probability of chelating
but it's ok, it's an ego problem as well

Interview questions are basic, u can't put real world large problems in an interview. There is no way a person who cheats can solve real world complex problems. People who answer through AI... I m firing them in my org, i had a doubt during interview but their performance is way below par. Never hire such folks.
