Trending @Accenture; Idle Since Project Allocation – Need Help
I have been hard locked to one project in mid-December. Even after asking my supervisor and manager no onboarding was done and I was just sitting there. Recently just one month back I have been added to another project under the same client without any prior confirmation. Even in this new project, no onboarding or clarity has been provided, and I am sitting idle. This situation is making me feel stuck, and I’m unsure how to proceed.

But my experience is getting wasted here right? Like I if I am going to give interview to some other company then what i will have to tell them ?
i was locked in a project on 13-6-24. They still did not allocate me into the team though I tried sending mail and messages to people lead manager pmo buddy ...still not responding
post completion of my training 4 of us are allocated to the same client. We are still locked in the project but no team
So are you sitting idle in your project from last 10 months ?
Trust me...Accenture is a Sucker when come to this
Yes same with me,after almost 2 months they release me due to cliet budget issue.
So you should check with HR,ITP People foe same.
Same situation, but mines better, it's only been two months for me.
Similar to me as well , on boarded as a fresher on may 22nd 2024 and got into java stream and training was for 6months and hard locked without a call into a project in july , training completed on nov 2024 and till now project role was not given a clarity nor the onboarding into the project 🙏🏻
