Idle and Awaiting Release – Need Immediate Action

I joined the project on 1st May 2025 and attended only 3 meetings from mobile. After a 3 days, I realized the required skills are different from my expertise, and the project also involves night shifts, which I cannot continue with.

I have 10 years of experience and have been following up for over a month for my release, but there’s been no response, even after including HR in the emails. I’m sitting idle and still not getting released.

I don’t know what else to do now — kindly help or guide me on the next steps.
